The multi-zone tube furnace, available in configurations of double, three, and five heating zones, features independent control for each zone. Primarily utilized in vacuum or protective atmospheres, this furnace accommodates a wide range of temperatures for various processes such as material pre-burning, sintering, coating, high-temperature pyrolysis, and low-temperature deposition (CVD). It is ideal for the preparation of carbon nanotubes and silicon nanowires.
